Background

Christine works with a broad range of issues, including relationship problems, communication difficulties, separation, affairs, co-dependency, inner conflicts/blocks, low self-esteem, loss of confidence, unresolved childhood issues, stress, anxiety, loss of direction and meaning, bereavement, grief, loss of health, disability, life changes, personal growth and spiritual issues.

Approach 

I use an integrative approach, drawing from various models (including Transpersonal, Transactional Analysis, Attachment Theory, Gestalt, Focusing, Non Violent Communication, inner child work) as well as a holistic perspective of body, mind and spirit towards developing mindfulness and greater self-awareness.

Qualifications

2005 – Graduate Certificate in Couple Counselling with Relate

2000 to 2007 – Training in spiritual psychology with the Pathwork, a transpersonal approach focusing on psychological/emotional healing and spiritual growth

2007 to 2010 – M.A. in Focusing and Experiential Psychotherapy at the University of East Anglia in Norwich.
